Few enquiries
Check the listing is available, its details are correct and the opening image explains the home’s strongest feature. Compare the asking price with genuinely similar alternatives, rather than every home in the postcode.

Mark’s view
“Start by finding where interest stops: before an enquiry, after a viewing, or during negotiation. Each calls for a different response. Ask for evidence before changing the price or the agent.”Mark Breffit · Founder
The local seller read
Check the listing is available, its details are correct and the opening image explains the home’s strongest feature. Compare the asking price with genuinely similar alternatives, rather than every home in the postcode.
Group the feedback by recurring objection: layout, condition, price or unanswered information. Ask what each viewer chose instead. One vague comment is less useful than a pattern across several qualified buyers.
Review the buyer’s position, the proposed timing and the questions still unresolved. Agree who owns each next step. A more expensive marketing campaign will not resolve an information gap on its own.
Campaign exampleProof, not promises
Explore the published account of the film, presentation and buyer follow-up behind this campaign. A past result is an example of the approach, not a prediction for another home.
See the property or campaign ↗Before you instruct
Agree a review point with your agent when you launch. Bring it forward if the actual enquiries and viewings differ materially from the plan. There is no universal number of weeks that proves a London home is overpriced.
First ask for a written diagnosis and proposed changes. If you consider moving, check your existing agreement, notice requirements and any continuing fee obligations before instructing another agent.
The listing link, launch date, price history, enquiry and viewing totals, written feedback and your intended moving timetable. These allow a specific discussion rather than a guess.
