Good marketing
starts with good judgement.
A compelling film is part of the story. Accurate particulars, a defensible asking price and the quality of the conversation afterwards matter just as much.

04 / A clearer starting point
Selling questions.
Personal answers.
How does KnokKnok value a South West London home?
Mark considers the particular street, usable space, layout, condition, light and outside space alongside relevant sold evidence and the alternatives buyers can currently choose. For a flat, the lease, service charge, access and building condition are part of that conversation. The starting point is a personal assessment, rather than an area-wide average.
What is different about selling a family house and a flat?
A family-house campaign needs to explain how the rooms, garden and location work together. For a flat, buyers also need clear information about tenure, service charges, the building and access. KnokKnok plans the presentation and buyer conversation around those differences, with Mark remaining your named point of contact.
Can we discuss a private sale before putting our home online?
Yes. Mark can discuss controlled introductions and the information you are comfortable sharing. A private approach reaches a smaller audience, so agree a review point and the circumstances in which a wider launch would make sense. A valuation enquiry does not authorise a public listing.
Can KnokKnok review a home that is already on the market?
Yes. Share the listing, asking-price history and viewing feedback. Mark can review the presentation, price position and follow-up before recommending what to change. Check your existing agency agreement and notice requirements before arranging a new instruction.
