Handling a service enquiry may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract; keeping appropriate correspondence also supports our legitimate interest in running the agency and responding to clients.

When you subscribe to The Brief, we record your email and subscription request to send the publication with your consent. You can withdraw that consent and ask to unsubscribe at any time by emailing Mark. A property enquiry does not itself sign you up to The Brief.

This helps us understand which pages produce useful enquiries. These event records do not contain a visitor ID, your full referral URL or URL query text. Hosting and security providers may separately process technical connection information.
