Creative property marketing · London

Property made watchable.

Portals capture existing demand. Great marketing creates demand that did not exist before.

The shift

How people discover things has changed.

People still visit property portals when they are actively searching. But the rest of their attention—the information they consume, the places they discover and the things they share—now lives across social channels.

A property should exist in both worlds. Portal exposure captures buyers already looking. Social-first film places the home in front of people who may be earlier in their journey, searching a neighbouring area, relocating from abroad or simply inspired enough to share it with the right person.

Beyond the still image

A picture shows the room. Film lets you feel the home.

Movement reveals how the spaces connect. Changing light gives a room atmosphere. A walk into the garden, a detail caught in passing or the rhythm of a street can make a property feel real before someone crosses the threshold.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Film can create an emotion.

That emotional response makes a home easier to remember, more compelling to share and more likely to earn the viewing that matters.

The portals

Essential visibility for buyers who have chosen their location, budget and property type and are ready to compare.

Demand created

Social reach

Film and storytelling reach enormous global audiences, earn attention outside the search window and make a home shareable.

Existing buyers+New audiences=The best of both worlds

The hidden advantage

Every viewer can become distribution.

A portal listing is usually consumed alone. A watchable property campaign can move through family groups, friendship circles, relocation networks and professional communities. The person who sees it may not be the buyer—but they may know them.

That is why reach is not vanity. Used properly, it creates introductions, local conversation, off-portal enquiries and a larger pool of informed people around the sale.

Global by design

One London home. A world of possible buyers.

A strong campaign is no longer limited by the radius around an estate agency window. Social distribution can move a London property through international networks, relocation communities and the people who influence a buyer—across platforms and time zones.

Creative in the real world

Why we gave away flowers during Chelsea Flower Show.

During Chelsea Flower Show, we did something simple: gave away free flowers. No hard sell. No generic leaflet pushed through a door. Just a relevant gesture, in the right place, at the right cultural moment.

It created smiles, conversations, photographs and sharing. More importantly, it demonstrated the KnokKnok philosophy: marketing works when it earns attention and adds something to the environment around it.

People remember how a brand made them feel long after they forget another property advert.

The campaign system

Creative reach, backed by estate agency.

This is not content instead of agency. It is better creative wrapped around accurate pricing, portal coverage, buyer qualification and experienced negotiation.

01

Position

The pricing, likely buyer and reason this home deserves attention.

02

Create

Film, photography and copy built around the property—not a reusable template.

03

Distribute

Portals, social platforms, direct networks and targeted sharing working together.

04

Convert

Founder-led qualification, viewings, feedback and negotiation from attention to exchange.

Your home is not content. It is the campaign.

Make more people care.
